Granule Filling Machine
Animal feed products usually have larger particles, so the machine must be equipped with a stronger vibrating feeder.

The granule filling machine uses a vibration system to transfer the material, while the powder filling machine uses an auger screw system.
Liquid Filling Machine
The filling speed largely depends on the viscosity of the liquid, the indicator settings, and the fluid-flow pump.
These liquids are generally filled from the bottom upward. The machine nozzle introduces the liquid from the bottom of the container.
All Dara Electronic liquid filling machines are equipped with a drip-prevention system that prevents liquid from dripping from the nozzle after filling.
Dara Electronic, as a member of the Pand Industrial Group, has a strong technical and engineering department capable of meeting the needs of customers across various industries.
Powder Filling Machine
- Connect the grounding wire properly.
- Use a UPS or power-protection device before connecting the machine to the power supply.
- Use appropriate safety equipment when operating the machine.
Powder filling machines use an auger screw system to transfer the material.
Sticky powders require a specially designed material-transfer system. Fortunately, Dara Electronic has the necessary expertise and capability to manufacture such machines.
Auxiliary Equipment and Material Transfer
This may be caused by misaligned rollers or pulleys, a non-circular or eccentric roller, or material buildup on the pulleys and rollers. The machine should be cleaned regularly.
Possible causes include:
- Insufficient initial belt tension
- Misaligned rollers or pulleys
- Locked rollers
- Improper loading
- Material buildup on the pulleys or rollers
The rollers and pulleys should be realigned and adjusted. Loading must be carried out in the direction of belt movement, at the same speed as the belt, and in the center of the belt. The material flow should be controlled using chutes and feeders. Any material buildup should also be removed regularly.
Possible causes include:
- Material being loaded onto the edge rather than the center of the belt
- Misaligned rollers or pulleys
- Material buildup on the belt system
- The belt being stretched on one side
- Rollers not being properly seated
To resolve the issue, the material should be loaded in the correct direction and at the center of the belt. The rollers and pulleys must be realigned, and limit switches may be used for additional control. Material buildup should be removed, and belt cleaners such as scrapers can be installed.
If the belt has stretched on one side, it should be given time to settle. If the problem persists, the damaged section should be removed and replaced with a new piece. Rollers that are not properly seated should be repositioned, or additional rollers should be installed to provide better support.
Excessive edge wear may be caused by:
- Loading material onto the edge instead of the center of the belt
- One-sided belt stretching
- Improper loading
- Rollers that are not properly seated
- A crescent-shaped or scissor-shaped belt
The loading method, belt alignment, roller positioning, and belt condition should be checked and corrected.
